Conversation:
What resolutions or goals have you set in place for your poetry this year/month?
Personally, I am making use of the scheduling feature, something I started to do last year, but not as much as I should.
I also want to commit to improving my craft, attending workshops where financially feasible, learn to dissect poems I enjoy to understand why, and regularly practising.
Finally I want to be more involved in the poetry community, whether that is here on Substack or in my local poetry scene.
Let me know what poetry resolutions you have in the comments or by responding to this email.
Thank you for reading this month’s Bulletin Board. Please get in touch if you want to be included in February’s newsletter, and share this month’s newsletters with friends and family who may be interested in discovering more poetry.
Ivy-Rose, first of all, thanks for including a mention of my book--much appreciated!
My goals? I've pitched two podcasts to appear on and will follow up on those.
Also pitching a Making Friends with Poetry workshop idea for teens and youth.
Posting poems and reflections twice a week here on Substack.

The world needs more poetry--thanks for spreading the word!
Thank you so much for the mention, and I look forward to making some new poetry friends here. My poetry intention for this year is to write one poem every day for a year, even if it's a terrible one!
